The Girl Next Door by Phoebe Morgan

Nice review…

Katherine Reads Books - Book Blog

A quiet little village. A violent crime.

To all appearances she lived a subtle life. Keeping herself to herself. Attending the local school and living with her mother and stepmother in a rather nice house. Then, she is violently murdered. Who did it? Who can be trusted? And who is not who they seem?

I absolutely devoured this book! So much so, I didn’t have a chance to up date my currently reading tab on here or twitter. So smartly written, with undertones of the sadness which fills some people’s lives. A variety of societal issues are explored and it makes you question the assumptions that we all inevitably make.

This book is everything you need for a fully shocking, satisfying and delicious read!

Verdict: 5 stars!!!

Out now!

Thank you Lucy Richardson at HQ for my gifted copy to review – and to Pick ‘n’ Melt for the lovely…
